An independent view of what EU merchants actually pay to accept cards.

FeeFox was founded to fix a structural asymmetry: acquirers and payment providers know exactly what you are paying — and why — while most merchants don't. We close that gap with independent, data-driven benchmarks for businesses across the European Union.

Transparency over complexity.

Payment pricing in Europe is one of the most profitable opacities in B2B commerce. Every week we see merchants on legacy contracts paying 20%–40% more than market rates — not because they negotiated poorly, but because the structures were never designed to be comparable.

FeeFox is not an acquirer. We don't issue cards, we don't process transactions, we don't sell POS terminals. We are the connection engine in between — an independent intermediary that benchmarks your current setup and routes you to the right acquiring and banking partners across the EU.

Built across Poland and Greece. Benchmarking across the EU.

FeeFox operates from two offices — one in Warsaw, one in Athens — giving us visibility into both Central-Eastern Europe and Southern Europe merchant economics. Our benchmark dataset spans 8 EU countries and is growing.

Warsaw, Poland

Central hub for product, engineering and the analyst team. Regional focus on Poland, Germany, Czech Republic and the Baltics.

Athens, Greece

Commercial and merchant-relations hub. Regional focus on Greece, Italy, Spain, Cyprus and Southern Europe — connecting merchants to acquiring and banking partners cross-border.

Methodology you can verify.

We're transparent about how benchmarks are produced — because we ask merchants to trust our numbers with commercial decisions.

01

Real merchant data, anonymised

Benchmarks are built from anonymised live merchant statements across the EU, not provider rate cards. This captures the actual spread between list pricing and negotiated pricing.

02

Segmented by volume, vertical and card mix

A €30k/month fashion retailer in Athens and a €2m/month SaaS company in Warsaw do not face the same market. Benchmarks are banded by volume, industry and transaction profile.

03

Refreshed continuously

EU acquirer pricing is structurally deflationary. Our dataset is updated monthly so benchmarks reflect current market rates — not historical averages.

04

Transparent commercial model

FeeFox is an independent intermediary. When a merchant chooses one of our partner acquirers through us, we may earn a referral fee — which is always disclosed in the recommendation. Our analysis prioritises commercial fit for the merchant, and if staying with your current provider is the best outcome, that's the recommendation we give.
