Terms of Use
Last updated: April 23, 2026. These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the FeeFox website and the submission of requests for an initial assessment of card processing, acquiring, and POS fees for merchants operating in the European Union. FeeFox operates from offices in Warsaw (Poland) and Athens (Greece) and serves merchants across the EU and wider European Economic Area (EEA).
1. Scope of service
FeeFox provides an independent initial assessment of card processing, acquiring, and POS fees for online payments, e-commerce, and in-person payment operations. Assessments cover IC++, blended, and interchange-plus fee structures, and take into account EU interchange fee regulation (Regulation (EU) 2015/751), PSD2, and related scheme rules. Website content is informational and commercial in nature and does not constitute legal, tax, or regulatory advice.
2. Use of the website
By using the website, you agree that you will:
- provide accurate and truthful information when submitting a request,
- not use the website for unlawful or abusive purposes,
- not attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
3. No guarantee of outcome
Submitting a request does not create an obligation to engage in cooperation and does not guarantee a better offer, a provider change, or a specific savings percentage. Every assessment depends on the actual business data provided, the merchant's country of establishment, card mix, volume profile, and prevailing acquirer pricing at the time of review. Historical benchmarks and case studies do not imply future results.
3a. Independence
FeeFox is independent of acquirers, payment facilitators, and card schemes. Recommendations are based on merchant data and publicly available market information, not on referral incentives tied to a specific provider.
4. Availability and modifications
FeeFox may modify, suspend, or discontinue part or all of the website or assessment process at any time, without prior notice, to the extent permitted by law.
5. Intellectual property
Website content, including text, graphics, logos, design elements, and structure, belongs to FeeFox or its lawful licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual and industrial property laws.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FeeFox is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the website. Liability is limited as provided by applicable law.
7. Third-party links
The website may include links to third-party services or providers. FeeFox does not control the content or policies of third-party sites and is not responsible for their use.
8. Data protection
Processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy , which forms an integral part of these Terms.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Polish law, as FeeFox's principal place of business is in Warsaw, Poland. Any dispute related to use of the website or the initial assessment process is subject to the competent courts of Warsaw, Poland, unless mandatory EU consumer protection rules or the laws of the merchant's country of establishment provide otherwise. Nothing in these Terms limits a consumer's right to bring proceedings in the courts of their place of residence under applicable EU law.
9a. EU applicability
FeeFox services are offered to businesses established in the European Union and the wider European Economic Area. Where local mandatory law of the merchant's member state applies to any aspect of the engagement, that local law prevails over conflicting terms here to the extent required.
